My Approach

Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent 25 years in a Fortune 50 organization, working in technology and leadership and ultimately serving as an Executive Director. I partnered closely with senior leaders, led complex initiatives, and coached individuals and teams through change, uncertainty, and high-stakes decision-making.

Today, I bring that real-world leadership experience together with evidence-based coaching, emotional regulation, and mindset mastery.

My work focuses on:

  • Strengthening cognitive and emotional self-control
